I am 2 years out.....again, not exactly a seasoned longtimer. However, if you go back too far you'll find the people had quite a different version of this surgery, so the info and comparisons would be hard to do. I lost about 100 pounds...down to the goal I had set. I am very happy with that. However, I now struggle daily with grazing and wanting to eat high fat and/or high carb foods. I have wandered up a few pounds and feel panic rise, but so far am maintaining ok.
