Thanks John and Gina for advising us - how about an exercise DVD for WLS patients - you can use some of us on here (pre-opps) to show how, etc and then post-opps to show the continuing workout plan? and of course yourselves as inspiration and to show what is possible.....
If I was in the USA I would offer myself as the silent star of your DVD with you guys as the "main course"
