Good Morning
Hello to everyone,
I had a better day yesterday and went for 3 long walks to walk off the thought of food. I managed to do 15000 steps and felt much better but very tired last night but can you believe it I couldnt sleep so have been awake all night lol......
I think the liquids is the hard part but have found a cup of soup tom and beef to be very nive and they are much better with water than the tin soups I have been having, as they are not heavy... I have yesterday to cuppa soups and 3 litres of water and didnt feel hungry at all. I am really not sure how much I should be having and will ring to day and make sure I am having enough but hunger is not there my tummy is always rumbling which I am told means I need a drink?
I have a picture of me but do not know how to resize it to put on the forum can anyone advise me please?
