The first thought that went through my head was, are you hormonal right now? That could account for feeling tired/blue. I don't know about the diet as things are different in the UK. On week 2 I'm told to start mashed/pureed foods such as mashed potatoes, cereals, eggs, etc. I don't know why they have you follow the liquids for so long.
