you are only 3 weeks outta surgery. My best advice would be to keep doing what you are doing and chill about the weight. I realize that is a tall order sometimes but, people focus way way too much on the number. You need to be checking inches on your body, waist size if you are a man/dress size if a women, and trying to get your BF% measured. Those are really the numbers that matter.

Your weight will come off you will have periods of weight adjustment. The best advice I can give you is keep increasing your workouts as you go along. Every week push harder and longer. The weight will fall off of you as long as you aren't eating too many calories. Stay positive and keep it up. You are already doing alot more than most post op patients and you are only weeks outta surgery. That is very encouraging. So just keep it up and keep the faith.

I haven't asked for someone to be part of the the gym rat club in quite awhile but, I wanna ask you. Would you like to join? check the thread in this section and let me know. You seem like you would fit right in.

Either way congrats on the surgery and congrats on your new found determination to get your life in order. Exercise is vital, vital to your health and your continued weightloss. Don't fret the lbs will fall.

Way to go!
