Default Suggestion

I am pre-op, so I'm not speaking from experience here as far as post-op taste tolerances go, but have you tried diluting your Isopure Zero Carb with a significant amount of water and then sipping it throughout the day? For example, if you're using the 20 oz. ready-to-drink bottles, you could pour one bottle into a 64 oz. pitcher or bottle and then add 44 oz. of water. If you sip it throughout the day, you would get 64 oz. of clear fluid, 40 g protein, and a taste that you might be able to stand - not as sweet as undiluted Isopure but more interesting than plain water. I'm assuming that your only objection to Isopure is the taste and that it's not triggering your lactose intolerance. I hope you find something that works for you!
