Thanks for this information Toony, it's very useful to know what the daily caloric intake should be. I know for myself it takes me about 2500 calories a day to maintain my current weight. I'm wondering if that's because of my absorption issues, because it says I should take in 1747 calories to maintain a 135 weight. Although I've not taken into account my activity levels.. which are slim to none at the moment. Janie
