Can you retract your permission for the psychologist to send the results to the insurance company? If so, you might want to do that and reschedule with another psychologist. If you can stop the first one before it is sent in, you have a good chance with the the second one. If you can't then you have to overcome the unfavorable report.
I don't know if you can retract permission to release your report, but I think I would try.
