Erin,
I had the same feeling at first and then I had ribs at about the 7 week mark. OMG, I was so sick. But that was the first time anything had effected me.
Are you getting your water in? That helps a lot with hunger.
Also, remember the rules. Eat protein, then veggies, then fruit. By the time your done with all of that (making sure you eat slowly and chew well) you should feel satiated enough that you don't want the other "junk" foods.
BTW, I eat out at least once everyday and often twice. You can make good choices almost everywhere. Also, I always keep a packet of almonds in my purse and If I need to excuse myself to get a protein fix, then I do.
