Actually, he is doing some, like talking with co-workers about their experiences. But, since I am a nurse and also kind of a nerd who loves research, he knows that I will do what is necessary to find out all of the ins and outs. I am also a stay at home mom right now and have a little more time than he does. He has a very busy and high stress job that just doesn't allow for a lot of time to research. Every night when he gets home, he says "so what did you find out today". So, it isn't for lack of wanting to learn things, it is just more logical for me to do the research.
