Default Mine are much better

I deal with standing and walking MUCH better now than I did before. I was diagnosed with bone spurs in both feet and plantar fasciitis in my right foot, including having cortisone shots directly into my heels, while I still weighed 300 pounds. I have zero foot pain now. I've hiked as much as seven miles without any problems with my feet.

My knees, on the other hand, did NOT get better.
