Hi, I my doctor has me take 1 mutivitamin everyday, and 1 calcuim pill and i take a iron pill every 3-4 days...my labs are great!! Oh, and up till my 6th month out i take ursidol 2x day!! But, then I can stop taking that!! good luck but im sure alot of us are different!!
