As you can see by the responses, everyone is different. Yes, there will be some pain, depends on how well you can manage it. Some people have a high tollerance, while others are very low.

Me, I'm weird. I had no real pain, and was up and walking by myself a few hours later after the surgery. I had mine on Tuesday, and home Friday afternoon. I just wanted to be left alone and get a good night's sleep!

The next day I was up, showered and ready to go shopping with my wife.

No, I'm not weird, I'm crazy!
