Thanks everyone! Dale...I also eat regular foods. I drink shakes for breakfast, mid-am, and before bed. Then lunch and dinner is usually food. I prefer shakes because I know it's safe for me. lol. I am a chicken at eating because it practically scares me now. I feel like I will eat out of controll, dump, or worse. I do not know why I am going through this fear of food. That is another issue to work out. At this point what would be considered enough calories per day? And what is the max on protein per day?Is pasta Ok or should we consider staying away from it? I'm not talking a lot of pasta, just a few bites. I'm not doing much with veggies and/or fruit. That's a problem too. I think what it all boils down to is the scare of food. I'd say I need some advise...lol.
