I work on that daily. I have started walking on the treadmill. I need to go to the gym. We have one at work and that feels really intimidating-all my clients and other staff I know. Any one have any words of wisdom?

Hi,

I like to take the stairs at work. I work in a hospital, so I just try to never take the elevator. I haven't been able to muster the courage to seek the gym. I have a treadmil and power rider in my home, I never use those either. I can do alot more if I dance. Just turn on the music and dance my dances. Remembering the swell times I had when I was a dancer. I danced at least 4 nights a week when I was young, and I stayed between 108-118 pounds til I hit my thirties. I only weighed 128 pounds when I gave birth to my first son, then the dancing stops, two kids, sheesh, more food to waste, more food not to waste I should say. I had my last baby at 212 pounds, and over 10 years put on pounds to spike me up to 246.

Hugs, you are doing great!

LADIES! Don't clean your childrens plate, and don't make them do it either! We are instilling obesity behaviors in our children, we all need to put on the brakes there for our children. No one can save the children but us. Don't wait til its too late!
