"You're doing fine as far as weight loss. Take it as a percentage of starting body weight vs the pounds. Example

450 starting weight - 60 pounds = 7% lost
250 starting weight - 35 pounds = 7% lost"

Ya it does make sense, but I'm still frustrated about it. So how much is too much protein per day?
