Laurie,
You are quite the tiny little thing. I would love to have a goal size, but I really have NO idea what would be a good one to have. Right now I'm in a size 14, and will be going to a 12 in the next few weeks (the 14s are getting a bit big, but still wearable) I haven't been in a size smaller than a 14 since I was
15, so I truly have no clue what a goal size would be.
I have heard that the less you weigh, the more difference every pound makes. I'm having a hard time getting my head around the fact that I'll be wearing a 12 shortly, and will probably go smaller than that, but what would be a reasonable goal size? I can see me making it to 10, but will I go smaller than that? It seems like a dream to me. I would love to have a pair of awesome jeans hanging in my closet as a goal, but I don't want to get a size 6, and never be able to get in them, you know?
So... I guess the question is... at 5'7" weighing somewhere around 145 pounds, would an 8 be the right size as goal?
