Breakfast is tricky for me...
sometimes I can handle it but mostly the morning nausea doens't go away until around 10ish....
Then I eat a cheese stick, 1/4 cup of blueberries and cup of coffee with protein powder and dry milk....
Yesterday I had 1/4 of a bagle with cream cheese, slice of tomato and crispy bacon.... heaven.
Dry cereal works as a great snack for me over the morning period...couple bites here and there...grazing is BAD BAD BAD for most of you so don't do it! I can only doit because the doc said I needed it to get my food in everyday.
