The nerves in our skin and outside the abdomen are different than the ones inside. The outside is called somatic where the internal are visceral. They sense differently. Abdominal pain inside is a vague pain or discomfort/stretch/pressure until the lining of the abdomen (parietal peritoneum) is irritated and that is when it really begins to hurt as that is part of the somatic innervation.

Bottom line is you need to get checked out and more information is needed to make a diagnosis.
