(Think you hit my ego there John??) I can't EVER burn as many calories as you because you're 10 inches taller than me! Harumph!
You're going to be fine going into plastics. If you lose 5 pounds afterwards, it isn't like you're suddenly going to be flabby!
I'll try to connect with you later. I'm still in a tizzy over my heart monitor thing...AND I actually weigh more this morning than yesterday. That just doesn't seem possible...

Yeah you will stablize some with the muscle. You really need to watch what you are putting in. I didn't mean to offend you with muscle mass talk. I didn't mean you didn't have any. I just mean you aren't a man and you aren't built like me. I prolly have 4-5 times the muscle mass that you do. So if we were doing the exact same exercise I would burn alot more. Thats all I was saying. I was trying to tell you, you are doing great. lol. Maybe it sounded like I was telling you, you need more muscle. lol. You don't you're a women you aren't supposed to have tons of muscle.

I would LOVE to eat just two chicken wings. I know that much would probably fill me up. I LOVE them and I can't even get one down. I have tried over and over. I just can't get it chewed up enough to go down and not hurt or feel like a rock stuck in my chest. I know it's not a stricture, but just that it is chicken because I can eat other things and don't have this feeling. Man, I wish I could eat a chicken wing. I'm jealous! How do you eat so many to get so many calories in? I just didn't think it would be possible with a pouch the size of ours. Did I mention how much I LOVVVVVEEEEE chicken wings!?!?!?! LOL

Well you have to remember that from about 30days off i've been able to eat whatever I wanted too. Its only the volume that I couldn't do. In the past couple months though i've been able to eat more and its been great. I ate about 16 wings or so. Maybe 17 I can't remember. It was great for my workout though I felt like I had gobs of energy to burn(cause I did) so my workout went really well.
Eating has never been a problem for me. I was 1 week post op eating chicken and veggies. I eat very balanced normally but, last night I felt like eating a plate of chicken wings so I did. Its really not a big deal you can eat anything in accordance with how many calories you burn a day. Its all about calories in calories out. I burn quite alot of calories during the day so for me to eat 2,000cal meal isint really that big of a deal.
