Debz,

If I have learned anything about you it's that you are strong and stubborn. Even though at times it seems as the world is out to get us I know somehow you will beat it into submission. I'll move the train tracks just in case for you though.

You're gonna make me cry. Dammit, you did make me cry. Thank you for the vote of confidence. You have no idea how much I needed that right now.

Hej Debz!
Hope the tunnel light is still shining (without a train!).
Try the 5DPT?
Chuck out all the wrong foods, do a fresh shopping list with sensible foods and include "instants", i.e. anything to munch on whilst reading a book such as carrots instead of cookies etc. Gradually you'll replace the "wrong" foods (even good in other circumstances) and have more appropriate snacks at hand for weaker moments. Also worth it for me is to shop and cook for 3 days to a menu, inviting friends over to eat and having dealt with so much food (theirs and mine), I end up thoroughly overfed visually and tummywise that I lay off for a solid 10 days with any level of excess!
Best wishes and chin up - we are here to encourage you!
Cheers,
Vim

Deb, I hope your stressful situation has resolved itself and all is well. I hadn't heard about anyone getting run over by a train, so I'm assuming the light at the end of the tunnel was something good.
