Default too much loss

I am at 1 yr and 4 mths post op and I am wondering if anyone has lost too much weight. Should I still be losing at this point? I started at 264 and am 124 now. I am by no means complaining but I dont want to lose too much weight. I am afraid there might be someting else wrong with me. Someone with similar experience pls reply. Thanks, Laurie

Gosh...I wish I was still losing.

I think the answer to these questions might give you the correct answer:
  • How do YOU feel at the weight you are?
  • Is your doctor concerned?
  • Are you able to eat? Or do you (or your pouch) have issues with food?
  • How tall are you?

Everyone is sooo different. If I was 124 pounds I'd look TERRIBLE! Whereas, my friend weighs 125 and looks good.

You may gain a lil back if ur body thinks it has too much loss.

Give yourself a lil room to play with on a given day im 129-133 lbs.. It goes up and down depending on salt intake/ if i ate enough/etc/etc.

You may think you are TOO skinny, because you have never been this weight.

I agree with jerseygrl684.

Go by how you feel and what the doc says. It's good advice.
