ACTUALLY you have got to eat more for survival then out of need. GLAD you got the head hunger issues in control.

I wasnt able to go without eating meals the first 12 months...and the reason i later learned was that i had a ulcer. I didnt realize that it wasnt normal to feel so icky when not eating and i learned eating eased it .WELL after the ulcer bled i learned that was my problem!
BUT do try to get some protein in thru your day so that you dont get
deficient in any important areas. PROTEINS do have the most of what we need !
