Me Too...
I noticed that also, and when I take an Ambien, I feel like a JUNKIE, almost RIGHT after I take it, and fall asleep immediately - I wake up in the middle of the night, as if I took nothing... so much for sleep.
I use the quick release Tylenol, and they don't work NEARLY as well as Ibuprofen/Naproxen... I haven't had many pain issues, luckily.
