ARe you drinking enough. I found until I religiously took in 60-70 ounces, I was tired. In the beginning there were two modes. The first week I was energetic as well as the second. I think it all catches up with you by the end of three to four. Your vitamin stores are depeleted and you need to supplement.
Head hunger is a killer. Get it undercontrol now as you will be able to tollerate more foods later. Chicken breast is difficult at any stage. It has to be moist and soft. I can eat beef jerkey and steak without a problem, but plain chicken breast...forget it.
You will find your way. Just listen to your body and rest.
