Default I don't know if this will help...

but, (my husband would have a fit if he knew I told this) my husband has external hemroids too. Have you tried any over the couter stuff like preperation H? They also have wet wipes for hemroids. Also, what about using a doughnut to set on, the ones at the pharmacies that they use for older folks who have a hard time setting? What about making one yourself with a rolled towel in a circle with the center open. At least it would relieve some of the pressure off that area. As far a the C-Section I had one actually 25 years ago today. I do remember that I felt very stiff and sore, and it took longer to be up and around (activity wise that is). Have you tried to help push your body into labor with activity such as walking, swimming etc? Other than that I really don't know what to tell you except maybe call a pharmacy and see if they can recommend something to help with the hemroids, and like stated earlier call your PCP and seek his advice on a C-Section. Let us know how things go.
