What are you guys eating to get so much in and how do you have room for other things such as fruits and veggies? I just dont see how all that can be put into one cup three times a day and one snack. I guess I need some help here. I have to use protein smoothies and this is how I get my protein in, but if I use milk and yogurt with protein powder then I could easily get 300 calories in one protein smoothie. There goes almost one third of my calories for the day. HELP! I'm really curious what everyone eats in a day. I feel like I eat too much sometimes and all I eat is protein, no veggies, or nothing else most of the time. You guys must can eat more at a time and live strictly on cheese and meat. I wonder about calories though. Do you count calories???? I've even limited my coffee intake because I use instant coffee with powdered milk for a milk base to add protein and then a little creamer and I can easily get 200 calories in a 16 oz cup of coffee just from the creamer and tons of powdered milk for protein. So basically a cup of coffee could be considered almost a meal if I'm counting calories. I'm SOOOO confused now. I remember when I didnt worry about calories and I had weight falling off. Now that I worry about them, I can't seem to lose one darn pound! Somebody help me!!!!!!!! I wish I knew if everyone counted calories. I hate those darn little things and would never count another one if I didn't have to.

You need way more than 900 a day in calories! I'm eating between 1100 and 1300 and still losing weight... can't seem to stop the damn thing! I've been using fitday to count my intake and doing pretty good. Maybe if you increase your intake of real food your body will stop panicking and start the losing process again. When it all comes in liquid form I think our bodies just say "no way" and hang on to whatever they can.
As I've posted before I use unjury protein supp.. they will send you a free sample if you want to try it.
We are so similar... I eat beef and pork much better than chicken, I started using more milk than before with the added benefit of making me less loose in the stool. I'm trying really hard to get all my protein from food but I will supplement if I have too. I started taking an ulcer med and I'm getting better as well. Still have that damn light headedness daily but working on it!
Take care of yourself dear
