My surgeon recommends 70-80g of protein a day and I almost always get that from food. If I'm a little short at the end of the day I have a few ounces of Isopure and that puts me over the goal.

Trina,

Here's what I had today so far and how it stacks up:

Breakfast: 1 egg and 1 slice of turkey bacon
Brunch: WW Smart One Roast Beef w/veggies (not all of the veggies though)
Lunch: 1oz of beef jerky and 1oz of cashews
Dinner: 3oz of carnitas and a lf, low carb tortilla
Supper: ??

According to fitday I've had 753 calories, 45 fat, 35 carbs, 62 protein

More fat than I normally have due to the cashews and carnitas in one day. I generally try to stay around 700-800 cal, 30g of fat, 35 carbs and 70+g of protein.
