I will up the exercise and cut the intake, drink more water till the 5 pounds come off....This has happened 3 times to me and it has come off each time without too much trouble...So the tool is still there.
I give myself that 5 pound playground, but no more.

Thanks for the great advice and reassurance. It feels good to hear it come from my fellow wls friends. In my mind, I know what I need to do, I just need to hear it once in awhile. I feel like the maintenance has been the toughest for me especially because the thrill of the losing ride came to an end a long time ago.
