Default It's an everyday struggle.

July 23 will be five years for me. I still have not reached "my" goal, but am very pleased where I've come to so far. Even people who seem to be normal will gain wieght if they don't have a healthy diet. I think everyone needs to pay attention to their nutrition and weight regardless if they've had GBS or not. It's very normal for our weight to change with the seasons and our activity levels and what our food choices are. I too have seen my weight shifting from one spot to another. As of lately, my waist seems to be smaller and my clothes don't fit well any more. Wish the butt would shift thought. LOL. Anyway, I wouldn't be too concerend. Maybe set a restriction, like no more than 5 lbs or 10 lbs and then I need to be working on it again. Just a suggetion. Good luck with it. By the way, I was told that my pouch is 5x's larger than when I had GBS and I still can and have lost weight. So ??? Who knows? Our bodies are all ivdividual to us. Listen to it, it will let you know.
