I weigh myself every morning right before I shower. It's just habit and it goes up and down. However, I know my body and I don't ever stress if the scales says I went up a pound or two from the day before. I've also seen it go down a pound or two the very next day. It all depends on what I ate, how much water, time of the month, etc. I like to look at the big picture too, so once a month at Curves I have my weight and measurements charted. It looks so good on paper!
