My ritual was only weekly when I was losing - b/c I was a freak about the scale once I bought one. Only on Mondays b/c that was the day I had surgery - I weighed before I jumped in the shower.
Now that I'm at goal, I weigh everyday - I know that sounds kinda backwards - but I actually tend to lose too much weight - and if I'm under 125 in the morning, I add higher calorie (but still healthy) food to my day. If I wait a week, I could lose 3 pounds and I start looking like the CryptKeeper if I'm under 125.
