I may not be drinking all my water through out the day but I do get in at least 3 protein shakes which equals 30g per serving.. This morning I took 1 cup of coffee, 1/3 powder milk and 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder, blended all together and had that for breakfast.

I can't believe how tired I get, I thought about going back to work tomorrow (i have a desk job) for 1/2 days, not sure I can handle it yet, plus I enjoying being home. My husband goes back tomorrow, so my little 18 yr old sis is coming to help me, thank goodness she loves (another story).

Better run for now, kids are hollering.. yeah
The nurse at the hospital told my hubby many people stop taking the meds too soon because they can "tough it out" but it causes them to feel bad, s they don't drink and they end up dehydrated or walk and they end up with blood clots and a vicious cycle begins... so take the meds until you don't need them anymore, not just because you can tolerate the pain now.....

Geez...Paige is so bossy!
