How do I express of how my self esteem and self image has taken hit after hit.? insult after insult from normally thin people...? I have a closet full of size 4 jeans that fit for 4 years ,now they won't even advance over my calves.I received a call from my surgeon and will meet with him July 19th.I am ready to do something about this sad feeling of helplessness and "not good enough".I was just wondering what the first meeting and those following will be like?
