Hey Nancy. You poor thing. Like marie said -10 pounds isn't the end of the world but catch a hold of it before it spins out of control. That is why, even though I can't make the support groups I make sure I get my butt online to stay in touch with you great people. Nancy we are here for you sweety. It is rough doing it on your own.
