Default The most important thing to remember is...

Jackie--Good luck tomorrow!

In my opinion, the most important thing to remember after you have this surgery is... that it's a tool, not a miracle. You still have to get up and exercise. You still have to make good choices. You still have to deal with the emotions that you've been using food to anesthetize.

That said - nothing beats the way you feel once the weight is lifted.
