on the Healthy Roads website there should be contact information. You need to call them and talk to them, and also your pcp need to send a referal for the insurance for this program. and yes i am very excited but at the same time i am so nervous.... 2 more appointments ( 2 weeks) on the program and my surgeon will resend the request for surgery again. I really hope they will approve me this time. I have not lost any weight in these 6 months and my surgeon did not require me to loose weight before surgery, so my couch says i should be ok and it looks like i am more then ready for the surgery... so i cant wait.....
if everyone please cross your fingers and pray for me, i really need this surgery
