Unfortunately just 30ish minutes at a 130 is never going to be enough to really make a difference. It sucks that it works that way but, its true. None the less its awesome that you are on the machine on a constant basis and especially given you are trying to work around some other problems.
I applaud the effort. The elip is a great machine that I firmly believe in especially if you are drastically overweight or nursing injuries. Virtually no impact and it can really get you're heart rate up where you need it.

I have had trainers before and it really made a difference how much further I would push myself.
The iron issues has been ongoing, even prior to GBS, but got really bad after. I am starting to get IV infusions and I think its going to work. Been through the supplementation and even whole blood transfusion.
Trying to optomistic but it does bum out my work out routine.
Glad your doing so well...lucky guy!!
