Walmart sells a great protein powder called, "Body Fortress" mix it with a little crystal light and some frozen berries in the blender (yummy way to start the day)

I've been eating "lean pockets" quite a bit-they have a fair amount of protein and are yummy in the microwave. I like the pizza ones the best.

Zone Perfect meal bars are really good-(actually the only protein bars I like) sometimes I have them for breakfast when I don't have time to mix a shake-I like the chocolate mint, and the carmel coconut 15g protein

I also like single serve bags of beef jerky-the kind I found has only 90 calories and 12g protein.

I also found some cereal called "protein crunch" it's good too-15g protein per serving-but I found it in a "big lots' store-so I suppose I won't be able to find it again.

I also like the staples-frigo light string cheese, Wendy's chili, and just about any talipia-If you can get it-Healthy Choice makes pretty good kielbassi-it's one of the few meats I can tolerate.

Also-tuna (in water) mixed with ff mayo makes a good lunch with a few saltines.

And-yes I know it's not to be done too often but Lay's makes a great FF potato chip called "lites"-not to be confused with the awful baked ones-that you would never guess has no fat and about half the calories of the regular ones.
