Well, considering I'm only 4.5 weeks out of surgery, I know I'm a little different... but I chew 2 vitamins a day, 2 calciums a day (1000mg), and a B12... My physician told me the type of vitamins I chew didn't really matter, as long as they were a "complete multi-vitamin".
