I have been reading posts for the last 2 weeks to gather all the info and be as prepared as I can for surgery. My file was faxed for approval to the insurance company on 3/2. Yea. I am excited and scared, a bittersweet kind of experience. I will be with Dr. C and doing a lap procedure. I have a question as to how long the recovery time is? I am planning to be off work 2 - 3 weeks. Is it enough?

I want to thank you all for your candid offering of info. It is very helpful for a newbie to learn from other's experience.
