You poor dear! My gosh, I didn't know the extent of your hospital stay. I'm so sorry you had to endure such an ordeal. I'm so glad to hear that you are doing better day by day.
I understand the shower thing. It got me so bad early post op, I had to get out of the shower, soaking wet, and go lay down on my bed. I couldn't call out either for help, because I was so weak. I called Kelly and said, what's going on? She told me to increase my water intake.
Don't worry about that extra weight, it's all fluids and you'll drop it in a week. When they weighed me prior to leaving the hospital, I was 16 pounds heavier than when I went in. Talk about a shock. I was like, I thought I was supposed to loose weight from this surgery. Trust me, it does come off.
