I understand. I am about your height and weight and wear a solid 6 sometimes 4 and sometimes 8. I think when I am in my 4 jeans it is absurd as there are these rail thin girls where a 0 will be too big. Part of it is the clothes are cut differently today. It used to be 5,7,9 and now it is 0,2,4. So I think a 4 of today is the 6-8 of yesteryear. I know I am not big, but I am not sure how small I am. I don't see it either. I see a normal weight girl. Not thin, not fat, but definitely not what I think is a size 4.

If you want a humbling moment, go into Saks or Neimans to their haute coture gown section and try on a few. They are cut much smaller and in there I am an 8 or sometimes 10. That is more like the sizing I remember. I did that one day when I wanted to feel "pretty". No intention of buying any.
