Gosh, this makes be feel better that your psychologist talked about this issue. I tend to look at women's bodies all the time to see if I look like one of them. If I had to pick someone, I think I'd pick a size 10 or 12 person as me. And that's a great size!! I loved it last fall when I finally got into a 10, I hit a plateau there and was happy with the size. My BMI still had me in the overweight category, so I felt comfortable losing. Now, I'm a normal, but I don't fell really normal.
And a year ago, I couldn't imagine being where I am today. I just didn't imagine THIS would be an issue a year out of surgery.
