Hi I Am New And Would Like To Share My Story If You All Dont Mind.
I Have Started My Fight With This Insurance Call Care 1st Of Az. It All Started In 1/o5. I Went To My Pcp And Talked To Them About Wls. He Told Me That There Are Things That I Need To Do First. The 6 Months Thing . And Then All The Testing Another 6 Month Thing . Ok I Get It . Well I Did What They Told Me To Do .my First Denied Was 1/11/o5 For Judt The Consultation Ok Then I Appealed It And Well. You Guessed It That Was Also Denied To . Ok So Then I Asked The What Else Do I Need To Do . Well Then They Said Pt For 3x A Week And For 6 Months . Well I Asked My Pcp Lets Try Again. So In 1/26/05 Was Denied Again. Ok We Did The Appeal Thing Again . Well We Know That That Ended Up Being. I Still Working On The Pt 3x A Week. So Here It Is In Septemberat My Weigh In And Was Talking To My Pcp Again And We Will Try Again. So Guess What 9/19/05 Comes Around And Well Was Denied Again. Well At This Point I Am Getting Really Pisses Of At This Insurance Co. This Time I Starting To Appeal Every Lettel Thing That Came My Way. So I Went To All The Hearings, To Try And Over Turn The Decision Went 4 Of These And All Were Denied. My Pcp Was Pretty Upset To The This Shittest Plan. My Pcp Told Me To Go On Mercy Care Plan And Well I Have Had More Luck With This Plan . I Was Reffered To The Bridged Center . Where I Met Dr. Fang. I Really Like Him . I Have A Really Good Feeling About Dr. Fang. Met Him In 1/4/07 And I Had My Pysc. Eval. 3/27/07. Where She Told My That I Am Depressed . Before She Can Give The Ok For Surgery I Need To Be Treating The Depression First. I Have My Apointment May 9, O7 . I Need To Show A Letter That I Am Being Treated. I Also Need To See The Dietician I Am Waiting For My Pcp To Ref. Me To One. So I Am Hoping To Have My Surgery Sometime This Summer. My Health Problem Are If Anyone Knows What They Are Please Share With Me.
