I love this! You are SO dead-on with some things on your list; they really struck a chord in me.
I'm sure I can think of more, but off the top of my head (and only 4 1/2 months out for me):
Stuff that's different:
1. I don't think twice about parking in my assigned parking spot and walking to my office building every morning, instead of thinking up excuses to park in the "employees only-- 1 hour limit" spots under the building so I don't have to walk as far.
2. While I'm out and about, I don't panic about having to use a public restroom for fear that I won't be able to reach to wipe.
3. I have no problem telling people how much I weigh now. Before, it was like a horrible secret that I wouldn't even tell my husband; now, it's just a number. My coworkers know all about my journey and they know my weigh-in day is Friday, and every Friday that's the first thing they ask me when I get to work; they're almost as excited as I am about it.
4. Speaking of weight-- I now weigh less than my husband. Woohoo!
5. And speaking of husbands--- let's just say that my skinnier self has allowed us to expand our repertoire of positions in the bedroom.
Stuff that's the same:
1. I haven't gone clothes-shopping yet, thanks to years of previous weight-loss attempts.
2. I still go out to restaurants with my friends and family-- only the choices I make are completely different. (And I always ask for a take-out box as soon as the food arrives!)
3. I still obsess about food; I think about it all the time. I'm thinking today what I'm going to have for dinner tomorrow night, etc. Only now I'm planning for healthier things instead of junk.
