I have a video called pick your spot pilates for belly butt & thighs. It's nice to be able to do them at home too, although I suppose going to a class you would get encoragement from others and probably push a little harder. For me I can't do it everyday as it makes my tummy hurt too much. I'm hoping to eventually be able to do it a little more and more. Wouldn't it be great to have a flat tummy?
