Yes everyone needs to start somewhere. Pace yourself and workup from there is what I say. People sometimes think I came outta surgery and hit the treadmil the next day doing 3 mile sets. lol.

I had to work my way up the ladder just like everyone else. The key is to re-evaulate yourself once a month and increase where you think you can and change/modify you're program to suit you're new needs. Hardly anyone does this. They workout the same every week and never change or incease anything. Part of the reason they have so much trouble loosing.

You have to constantly be pushing yourself towards you're next goal. Unless ofcourse you aren't a wants results now kinda person. I'm the type person once I decide something...I want it to happen yesterday. So since I know that I workout accordingly. I know I wouldn't be happy with only loosing 5lbs or a month...or god for bid some of these stories where people go for months and months without loosing a lb or a inch anywhere.

I need results. So I go and get them.
