Because I wear a polar monitor during all my workouts. Its a must IMHO for someone trying to track their weekly and monthly progress with average workouts and calories burned during. Especially if you believe in cal's in/out system...which I firmly believe is all you need to know to live a healthy life.

Yes you put in all of you're information apon setup. Height/weight/age/ect. The newer ones are even cooler cause you can do resting heart rate tests and have it plot you're target heart range for a desired effect. Naturally you want hard cardio but, is also important to know you're proper warm up range and cool down range.
And thanks. I do my best.

Thanks. It seems like you already have the right attitude towards this whole thing. Which to be honest with you will account for 90% of you're results. Natural ability and genetics play a role too but, overall its you're attitude and you're willingness to commit that makes all the difference in the world.
I feel you on the loose skin. I'm going to have to have PS myself. Goodluck with you're program and let me know if you need anything.
