Best Food : Shrimp!! Hands down the most protein available per serving.
Best Protein Drink: Can't tolorate any of them anymore. I do manage Stalone Chocolate pudding though at 20g's per small can.
Best Suppliment: Centrum Performance
Best Sweet Treat: Schwans Trim Creations Fudge Bars or SF jello cake.
